Question 1

How does the AI interview work?

Accepted Answer

Your company posts a role and AI generates interview questions. You share a unique link with candidates. They sign up with their email, then the AI conducts the video interview — asking questions, following up, and producing a detailed scorecard with full transcript.

Question 2

Can I interview candidates myself too?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. MrInterVo has a Live Meeting mode — you conduct the interview yourself via video call while AI assists in the background with recording, transcription, and real-time scoring.

Question 3

Do candidates need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No app or download needed. Candidates receive an interview link from your company, sign up with their email, and access the interview directly in their browser — desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Question 4

How does the scoring work?

Accepted Answer

AI evaluates each answer on communication clarity, technical accuracy, problem-solving approach, and confidence. Every score is explainable — you can see exactly why each rating was given.

Question 5

Can candidates interview in any timezone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your company shares the interview link, candidates sign up and complete the AI interview anytime — day or night, in any timezone. The AI interviewer is always ready.

Question 6

Can I integrate with my existing ATS?

Accepted Answer

ATS integrations with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday are on our roadmap — request early access from your dashboard's Integrations tab. A REST API and webhooks for custom integrations are also planned. In the meantime, candidate data and scorecards can be exported as CSV / PDF.

Question 7

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Interview recordings are stored in private storage scoped to your company and are never used to train our models. We follow GDPR-aware data flows with explicit candidate consent and data export/delete. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap.

Question 8

Can I try it before committing?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The Free plan is always free — no credit card, no time limit. Upgrade to Starter or Growth whenever you're ready, and cancel anytime.

Your AI interview team - always on.
